Vu le buzz sur Internet que le film a créé suite à sa récompense au festival de Cannes, en 2004, j'image facilement que la plupart d'entre vous connait déjà cette scène absolument renversante, où Oh Dae-soo (Choi Min-sik) térasse une cinquantaines d'adversaires dans un couloir lors d'un long et élégant travelling. Une réalisation inventive, une chorégraphie millimétrée, et l'attention du spectateur retenue à son paroxysme. Une vraie leçon de cinéma !
Regarding the buzz on Internet following his screening during the Cannes film festival in 2004, I think that most of you already know this monumental scene of Old Boy. Oh Dae-soo (Choi Min-sik) is fighting against more thant 50 opponents in a corridor, filmed in a single travelling. Inventive direction, nice choreography, and the sight of the viewer is kept by the screen. A true real cinema lesson !
